It's mentally healthier to develop concepts based on subjective &amp; objective reality. </p><p>A spoon is a real object (objective reality)</p><p>We are the subjective, &amp; objective, observers of the spoon. The spoon (object) is not in our minds, our mind (electrical &amp; chemical) develops a subjective model of the spoon (e.g., via our sense of vision)</p>
